I'm an Assistant Professor of Management Accounting and Control at ESSEC Business School (Paris).

I pursued PhD in Accounting at the University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam Business School under the supervison of Victor Maas. My research is focused on exploring the impact of management control choices on the internal information environment of firms. I am particularly interested in investigating questions related to information availability, processing, and exchange within organizations. I use experimental research methods.

Current projects and research themes: knowledge sharing, cognitive frames, performance transparency, and symbolic rewards.
